Our Production capabilities:
  • 3 axis CNC Turning Machines and Centers
  • Centerless Grinding Machines
  • Vacum furnace, argon and nitride atmosphere furnaces. All of our Heat Treatment is conducted in house
  • CNC Wire EDM Machines for close tolerence components, including those used in our pneumatic rolling motors
  • 4 and 5 axis CNC Milling Centers and CNC Milling Machines
  • We utilize a 3 step Quality Control Procedure that ensures consistant quality. Scheduled batch destructive testing, utilizing both electron microscopes and Rockwell Hardness Meters is the final step that allows our tools to be the highest quality
  • All of our Tools are designed in house utilizing state of the art CAD-CAM systems.
