3Wheel Type Tube Cutter for firetube boilers

The all New KRAIS 3WTTC-2000 Wheel Type Tube Cutter for quick and productive cutting and trimming of boiler tubes. It can be pneumatically or electrically driven and uses an industry first 3 cutting wheel design, engineered to provide unmatched performance. The 3WTTC-2000 greatly reduces cutting time over traditional one wheel cutters by utilizing the 3 point self-centering cutter wheel design. The 3WTTC-2000 tube cutter works with 2”, 2-1/2” and 3” O.D. tubes from 10 to 13 GA (after changing thrust collar, cutter wheel holder, cutter wheels and pilots)
The tool does not create any chips during the cutting process that need to be collected, which greatly reduces work time and increases productivity. Depending on operator experience and tube material the KRAIS 3WTTC-2000 can cut 2” GA 12 in between 6 to 12 seconds. Real tube to tube cycle time is approximately 30 seconds, giving unmatched productivity.
