Boiler Tube Expanders :: Combination Beading Rolling Expanders

The Combination Beading and Rolling Expander is provides a very fast and quite way to simultaneously Expand and Bead tubes that are found in Fire Tube Boilers. It is provided with 2 Beading Rolls that accommodate 10-13 BWG. The tool features roll retainers that hold the rolls within the cage when the mandrel is removed
The mandrel is provided with two squares, which is necessary if a need arises to re-roll tubes from behind the boiler.
This tool is designed primarily for the fabrication and maintenance of Fire Tube Boilers with Tubes of 2”-3” OD. This self feeding, straight roll tool, is capable of simultaneously expanding and forming a uniform bead tight upon the tube sheet. For the best results we recommend a tube projection of 3/16” (5 mm).
