Who is responsible
KRAIS Tube Expanders, Czachowo 15, 55-106 Zawonia, Poland, operates this website. For questions about personal data or to exercise your rights, contact export@krais.com.
Information you provide
When you request a quotation or apply to become a distributor, we process the contact details, company information and message you submit. Distributor applications also include information about professional experience. Please do not include sensitive personal data. Providing data is voluntary, but contact details are needed for us to respond.
Why we use your data
We use your data to answer enquiries, prepare offers and assess potential business cooperation. Depending on your enquiry, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) or serves our legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence and communicating with company representatives (Article 6(1)(f)). Technical data is also used to protect the website against abuse.
Service providers
We use hosting, storage and email service providers, including Vercel, Turso and Brevo, to operate the website and handle enquiries. Clerk provides authentication for the administration panel. Access is limited to what is needed to provide these services. Where processing involves a country outside the European Economic Area, the applicable transfer arrangements depend on the provider and service; contact us for details.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and application data for the time needed to handle correspondence and any resulting cooperation, and where necessary to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend claims. The period depends on the nature of the correspondence and applicable requirements. Anti-abuse counters expire after at most one hour and are removed when a subsequent application is processed.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in data protection law, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), or your local supervisory authority.
Browser storage and third-party content
The website uses browser storage for functions such as the quotation basket. Administration login uses authentication cookies. Following external links or using embedded third-party content may involve those providers processing technical information under their own privacy policies.
Marketing and automated decisions
Submitting an enquiry or distributor application does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. Distributor applications are reviewed by our team; this form does not make automated eligibility decisions.
