SwiftRoll X1 Robot System for Rolling and Beveling

SwiftRoll X1 automates tube expansion and facing at the tubesheet. The KRAIS HMI supports referencing, tube expansion, facing and tube-to-tubesheet welding workflows. Included CAM software uses the tubesheet drawing to define tube-hole positions and machining sequences. Calibration links the drawing to the actual tubesheet position.
